ELECTRICAL EFFICIENCY PROGRAM:Households that are currently on Pipp or within the maximum household income range may qualify for this free program. The program is through the state of Ohio and offered by local hosting agencies. Households may contact the East Akron Neighborhood Development Corp. Energy Services for more information.
